The concept was pioneered in Spain in the early 2000s and came to the U.S. a few years later. Smash Therapy is proud to be the first to provide this experience to the Rochester area!
I recommend everyone to try this establishment at least once. I thoroughly enjoyed busting stuff up & letting go. The staff was nice & helpful. I WILL be going back!
